You think about 60,000 thoughts a day. Make sure 59,999 AREN’T negative, limited thinking. I find myself at times getting so negative and hardly thinking of how it rubs off on others.
It’s Monday. You know what that means. Everyone is about to complain about the weekend ending, and how depressed they are its Monday. Instead of having this mindset I want to challenge you all to something.

1. Today will be a great week because it is a Monday and I am alive and well
2. I am blessed to have a great job and work with great people
3. I am blessed to have the greatest family that supports and loves me
Write down your three and share them! This will help you realize how fortunate you really are, and help others see as well.
Sharing this positive mindset will increase the performance in our job and the quality of life around us, and that is the goal we all are aiming for.
